Our Services and Support During Covid-19

Scottish Water’s annual Development Services Forum returned in June 2021 using our new LIVE online events’ platform. The Forum was open to both the Development and Construction sector and provided the latest business updates and improvements along with the chance for delegates to engage with some of Scottish Water’s senior leaders through keynotes and information sessions.

This year’s theme was ‘Pursuing Excellence – Meeting our customers’ current and future expectations’.

During the current Covid-19 pandemic, our priority at Scottish Water is to ensure that we continue to deliver the essential water and waste water services to our customers.

During these challenging times, our focus is to provide clean, safe, reliable drinking water for everyone, to enable customers to adhere to the recommended hygiene practices that will save lives and reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19. 

Throughout this period our Development Services team continues to operate from home and will provide you with all relevant services and support. Our new Customer Portal will also allow you to easily progress any Development Services requests with lots of helpful tips and help available online.  

However, in light of government guidance and legal restrictions on non-essential travel, social distancing and large gatherings, Development Services will not, for the time being, be hosting any external engagement sessions or events as would normally be the case.
