Sewer repair in Hightown, Collieston

What's happening?

We are carrying out essential repair work to ensure the sewer network in Collieston can continue to serve customers and protect the local environment.

To allow the work to take place safely, a road closure will be in place at Hightown outside the Coastguard Cottages each day from 9am to 12 noon, and 2pm to 5pm. Outside these times, vehicle access for residents will be reopened. Pedestrian access will be available at all times.

When is work taking place?

Work will start on Tuesday 20 August and is expected to last approximately one week.

How will work affect me?

Water supply and drainage in the area should not be affected by the works. During the work residents may notice some noise from construction equipment but our contractors will try to keep this to a minimum.
