Work is due to start on Kinleith Mill Road on 5th July for approximately 5 months. 

  • The work involves the replacement of the old Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) with a new one with improved screening. 
  • There will be excavation work needed in Kinleith Mill Road to enable the pipe connection. Traffic management  will be in place during this time and will be reviewed as the project progresses.
  • Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
  • Over-pumping will be in operation throughout to ensure that sewer flows are not interrupted. These will be super-silenced pumps to minimise disruption
